There is a way to create cap to keep some guys without injuries but its a headache

Basically involves Reaves getting the Simmonds treatment waive and call up and down which allows them to make room for guys when needed.

Involves other stuff but it might be their plan who knows

Of course if a guy like Klingberg goes on LTIR, it certainly doesn't he doesn't return to play and his cap still is a big factor.
