This trade isn't going to work for Tampa Bay because they'd be taking on too much cap hit (they could afford it with Vasilevskiy on LTIR, but they'd need to make a separate deal to unload at least $5M when he comes back -- easier said than done), but other than that I'd like to know why you think this is a good deal for Carolina. Sure, Cirelli would be a significant upgrade from Kotkaniemi as their #2 center, but nowhere near enough to offset the loss of Svechnikov.

I'd also like to understand your rationale for including the draft picks. Odds are the Tampa Bay picks will be better, but their 1st-round pick is 2 years farther out, which makes it significantly less valuable.
