Description

Nylander on wing. Minten makes team. Robertson sent down or traded. Calle traded. Lafferty a future trade if needed. Gambrell sent down. Keep Jones, can send him down when Timmins off LTIR hoping Tampa signs/claims a different goalie (can't help a strong division rival). Holmberg sent down. Trades for picks to any team. If I chose yours don't cry it's just easiest way to make cap friendly work. Would love to bury Reaves in minors but they seem bent on keeping him.

This is all fine but Minten doesn’t make the nhl I do think he makes it next year but who heck am I to say for sure so I think the chances of that are 50-50

Minten had had a good camp and shows better than Calle or Lafferty or Reaves or Kampf . Better than Gregor as well. Much better than Robertson or Holmberg, or Gambrell. Easy to send him down if he doesn't pan out.

Not really. Calle shows nothing special. Trade to any team not on M NTC. It's a cap fix.

You can be sure Jarnkrok will have teams with cap on his no trade list. Virtually all other teams are at the cap so really don't have room for Jarnkrok. No, it's not a cap fix, as I said it's a lazy thought

Jarnkrok has a 10 team no trade list. He can be traded to 21 teams. The list has to be in over the summer at some point. Who knows what teams are on his list.

Of course Anaheim is rebuilding, so there is a high probability that they are on his list. But it's not guaranteed. He would be very easy to move, if the Leafs wanted to go down that path. (which I strongly doubt)

So Jarnkrok is a "cap fix" and someone is going to give you a third to help you "fix your cap " you're higher than a satellite if you really think that happens.

And the air up here is terrific. I see no reason Calle shouldn't give a return. Folks saying it's lazy to trade him are trolls. Of course it fixes the cap, if it didn't we'd keep him.

No, folks that trade too "anywhere" are lazy trolls. Pick a team and see how fits into their cap. No that would take too much thought...and likely because it doesn't work for the "other " team.

I think you are the troll here. I want to move a specific player to any of the 21 teams available. If the teams on M NTC were public, I'd spend the time to pick a fit. They aren't so I'll let Brad choose them.

No one giving you anything to help you out of your cap situation they'll leverage the hell out of the situation and force you to play shorthanded first you might get a 6 or 7 if someone thinks they can flip him at the deadline.
