They'd absolutely waive Englund first.

1. He's not their homegrown young kid.
2. He's got a contract that nobody in the league will pick up on waivers.
3. He's a pylon.

They won't risk losing Bjornfot for Englund.

Englund should get waived. Not Bjornfot

Also I doubt the Kings sell that low on him.
