They sent down bogosian and fortier so they have one scratched spot left

And the team has vasilevskiy already on offseason LTIR like I wasn’t sure if he was there or they’d have him on regular IR then move him to LTIR at the start of the season but if I put vasy on regular ir the team currently constructed is over the cap. Thus the bogosian on waivers thing is not a cap related issue it’s to open a spot up

Could be a trade like a team wants bogo to be waiver exempt doubt a call up there’s no one else in the system

I think they are going to just send merela down to the minors to be cap compliant when vasy and brown are on IR but i could be wrong though
