Caps don't need a goalie, and Struble and a 4th isn't as important to Washington as Oshie

Huh? This is a remarkably bad deal for both sides. Washington doesn't need a goalie while Oshie brings a lot of value to the capitals as a leader in the locker room, and Montreal could get actual picks for Allen without taking on an anchor contract like Oshie's.
