Please, do yourself a favor. Go onto google maps and look up Wpg, MB (depart location) and key in his hometown (I'll let you look that up as the arrival location). I would be surprised to see him having Wpg as a location for his NTC. Strange things happen, but I bet Wpg isn't there.

Well, I did... perhaps it's how I'm reading the wording of the terms of the NTC.. as I see it, reads beginning of 27 - 28 season with 16 teams on that list... help me, what am I missing?

Really at the end of it all, this will not happen.... For me, I like looking up what I term "Local Guys" for me, especially those near the area that I grew up... Pulock falls into that area...
