Yeah, replacing an 18-minutes centerman is always a problem.
I don't care how long he will be out. I just wish he has the kind of injury with a finite recovery and a fixed return date.
I hate those "week to week" or "indefinite" injuries where you have no idea if the player is gonna return 100% ever. That would be a huge blow to the reconstruction project.

This isn’t bad news.. MTL has 0 shot at a playoff spot and would have been an outside bubble team. Better off not being as competitive and being higher in the draft for the extra season
