With or without a Vilardi injury the Jets should try to get Garland, they're gonna need help scoring, adding a guy who can push Appleton down to the 4th line where he should be would be good.

So lets say Vilardi is just a short-term injury and they trade for garland. You are scratching Barron or Vladdy for Appleton?

Oh I'm sending Barron to Vancouver, he can be buried in Abbotsford for almost full cap relief if Van doesn't have a lineup spot for him.

So it looks like Vilardi is out 4-6 weeks. I wonder if anyone from the Moose will end up seizing the opportunity like Kyle Connor did when Perreault went down with an injury all those years ago.

Think they'll probably just move Iafallo into the top six somewhere, reunite Barron to the Lowry line.. 🤮.. insert Gus onto line 4 and recall Axel to be the spare forward.

That would be uninspiring and would convince me that they trying to break the worst attendance figures in 2.0 history every week.
