Yes, so aside from no goals scored and being on the ice for 8 more opponent goals against vs team goals for, which implies Kadri is the common denominator, please go ahead and educate us on said “significantly bigger issues”
Kadri is behind Backlund, Coleman, Lindholm, Sharangovich, Dube in on ice shots against pre 60, that's fairly telling in that he's been unlucky while getting those minuses, also displayed by his on ice expected goal differential. Paints a pretty telling picture when you look at how those goals are scored. For example, Dube turning the puck over at the blue line on a break out and Detroit scoring off the turnover, Kadri could have done nothing differently or Markstrom letting in a dribbler. +/- is a terrible surface level stat. A player could be laying on the ice unconscious at the other end but if the other team scores it's still a minus.
Significantly bigger issues, Weegar and Zadorov are on the ice for so many goals against where they are losing coverage, No one is converting on chances, the system looks too slow for the roster, decision making is at an all time low and taking too long across the entire team, they've been on the road for 10 days with a back to back in there, they turn the puck over at horrible areas of the ice.
