Description

I still really think Sillinger needs a season in the AHL. He deals with the struggle well because of his physicality and maturity, but nevertheless, the NHL is still a struggle for him. He could really benefit from going down and playing in the slightly slower-paced AHL to work on the mental side of it. He and Chinakhov both look like future NHLers who can work on their games and grow together in Cleveland.

Two excellent trade very well thought
- FLO might not be able to resign Montour, replacing him with Boqvist going forward make sense
- Foegele should play on that 4th line and Voronkov should go back in Cleveland IMO

I liked what I saw from Voronkov last night. He really knows how to use his frame, and his fire give the team energy. I admit I haven't watched Foegele play much so I'm not sure what all he brings, but they would have the flexibility to do that if Vronk is struggling.

Well he would be a good fit then, but as a pending UFA with no future on this team, I'd be fine with scratching him as long as Vronk is playing decent. Injuries happen too, so he'll get some games.

I don't think a 3rd pairing Dman that's currently being scratched in favour of Erik Gudbranson and has term left at 2.75mil is going to return any asset. Further, unless EDM really REALLY likes Peeke, I don't imagine they're keen on further limiting their cap flexibility next year.

Also, Foegele is playing well for the team so I don't imagine they'd have any interest in trading him given he's close with the core.
