I think Lindholm has a higher ceiling. Could get a Selke in a couple years on a decent team. Dont see the same for Horvat. Im sure others feel that way as well.

Better yes. But not enough to drive the price up that significantly.

I told you what Boston is willing g to pay. If Calgary get better. Good for them.

But 4 picks, two of them firsts, a top 10 goalie under team control, and a middle 6 center for him and two pieces they don’t want or need is beyond laughable.

How often do teams pay premium for defensive forwards? They don’t. They pay for offensive production. Defense is a bonus. Even though it should be the other way around.

Horvat is considered a decent defender. Elias a good one.

Grasping at straws.

The statement still stands as to what Boston would pay and this offer being laughable. 🤷🏻‍♂️
