At that overpriced way for Edmonton to dump Campbell? .. Hughes should be fired if he turned that down. You may think his contract is bad, but if you look at his buyout option it’s very reasonable. It won’t cost that much for Edmonton to dump Campbell and again any GM would be incredibly dumb to not take this deal.

The real question is why should EDM give away 2x1st ++ to upgrade their back up goalie...

Of course you do that, if Holland wants to get abused, you take that and run. Buy out Campbell or bury him in the minors... but getting Bourgault, 1st, 2nd... lol of course you do it

Not to mention, that 1st is GOLDEN right now and unprotected in your ACGM

That offer wouldn't be on the table in the real world.
