Really feel like mittelstadt ends up pricing himself out of buffalo.

His career has done quite the 180 but this feels closer to a huberdeau thing than a tage thing if that makes sense. He's unquestionably good now but Im not sure his true impact is worth 7 mil. If they miss this year there will be tons of pressure to do something in goal and that would likely require a contract going out either in that deal or elsewhere.

Olofsson isn't a good example. Id bet anything if Pegula was willing to retain/eat salary he'd be gone. That's a terrible contract that they couldn't get out from.

Prospects they won't move on from, but they will walk away from 7 million dollars.

Upped the cap limit for next season to match the CapFriendly prediction of $87.5M.
