Boston takes the albatross that is Campbell as part of the compensation for Draisaitl
    EDM
I can’t see Edmonton doing this unless Boston substitutes Lysell with Poitras and I can’t see Boston doing that with salary considerations in the mix

BOS simply doesn't have the pieces (that it would move) to complete a trade for Drai or McDavid.

The other problem on Boston's side is Swayman's pending long term contract will put a ton of cap into the goalie position for a very long time. Not a great way to build a team. It would be super interesting to see if the Bruins defensive structure could rebuild Campbell's value.

Boston says no. As does Ullmark. We wouldn't be trading Ullmark to bring in another goalie making 5M. We would be trading Ullmark to gain space.

Buffalo definitely does. Whether they should or not is another matter.

Buffalo is hoping they become New Jersey rather than every other team that says they are the future.

Based on the continual struggles of prospects to propel teams to the next level, part of me believes outside of the very top prospects that most rankings are a grift.
