I don't think any of those deals work for the Pens. Give up to much to get no better.
Landeskog production = Hornquvist ... but you're giving two 1st to makeup for some of the production you're giving away for a 4th line center?
Krug is sub 20pt 4th line center and you give up an 2 top six forwards, a bottom six that out produces him, and a prospect. We can do far better
O'Rielly. The points production is the same, but Letang is a top 5 in the league at his position. He's a RH 2 way defensemen who plays 25mins a game, runs your PP and PKs. You plan to trade him for someone to play in the 3rd center position? Get a 3rd center, a defensmen to replace him and 2 picks in another trade, but also NMC is not going to see him in Buffalo.
Markov is 38. You're stop gaping Letang with an end of the line defender, which means Letang holds more value than you're giving him credit for.
You're team probably doesn't make the cup, as your selling present and future to fill spots with names that don't provide equal value. You're trading down but gaining zero depth.
