Zetterlund has been buzzing for Sharks, great contract and room for growth. Would probably be an overpayment to give a 1st? But not unreasonable and Sharks would have to accept that right?

Damn you stole my comment! 100% agree he’s getting stronger and stronger gritty but has speed and his shot is pretty slick.

Would make that meier deal look sweeter. Also how's Okhotiuk looking?

Solid depth D as a rookie.
Zetterlund is looking better and better
Mukhamadulin is looking stronger
Getting Musty at 27 was luck and has been looking great
And we still have a 2nd that becomes a 1st if the get the Easter Conference Finals.

I hated losing Meier but that is turning into a good haul.

One of the few bright spots for Sharks this season. Can imagine him being a career good middle 6 winger on a good team. Meier trade aging well for Sharks

A late 1st in a shallow draft for a potential core player who is getting better every game? Boy, youve said some dumb things on here but this is the dumbest. Good think youre not an nhl exec yeesh

We are not wasting a first to mess up the forwards they’re rolling now just leave them be

I was thinking Coleman type of payment cause he’s cost controlled for 2 yrs plus he’s an RFA at the end

I feel like I'm just copy-pasting this comment across 10 of these a day, but dumping Klingberg and getting Zadorov retained is not going to get done for spare parts.

That’s overly aggressive, it’s not a bad offer IMO though I think I’d prefer to bond onto Zetterlund

Sharks maybe rather keep and develop Zetterlund, building a team like Vegas, no one is paid 15M but solid 4 lines

Most of his salary has been paid off plus team don’t really care about the cap hit especially one not contending. If it was 3-4 yrs deal it’s understandable but it’s a 1yr deal.
