He's far better than Rutta and is easily a 2RD. I'm not saying top!

Fabbro plays on the top pair, and has good chemistry with Josi. Like @goodfella, I wouldn't consider him a true top pair guy either. Just a solid 2nd pairing defenseman. He is NSH's best option for the 1RD role though, by a good margin.
