If the Flames really wanted Abruzzese, they could simply send Greer

I can't see Timmins starting in the playoffs, so bring in TDA for special teams.

I mean he's kind of excess goods on the Hurricanes... Chatfield is a better 5v5 defenseman and Burns can run the powerplay about as well as TDA. We can better use $1.65m in cap space... upgrading our C depth comes to mind

Word around the league is deangelo is poison in the dressing room. I'd keep Timmins in a heartbeat. He's a younger, more fit, cheaper version of klingberg. I see you are keeping Reaves out of the minors. He should be there.
