Willy conjecture getting out of hand 😂:
1/ deal will get done eventually; he’s said multiple times he wants to stay
2/ even if no deal, can’t see leafs trading him this year
3/ he has a 10 team no trade list; have to think Columbus is on it
4/ literally no chance imo he would sign there long term so why would blue jackets make this trade

in this deal toronto got FLEECED. Kent Johnson’s value is dropping by the day and Carson C hasent been great this year. columbus would have to throw in 2 firsts with this trade for toronto to even read the message. i would have to agree with the other comment saying Nylander probs won’t agree to a trade there anyway

Absolutely delusional. If the Leafs can’t sign him, he’s 100% headed to market. You’re not getting a prospect of KJ’s caliber, a recent first round pick RHD, and a pick for a rental from the worst team in the conference. Get real.
