Bad trade with Philly. Way overpay!!! Seriously doubtful Sheary waives his full NTC for Montreal. Without those no way TB has the cap to add the additional almost 1 million in cap space for Rutta his hit would be 2,000,000 Myers saves you 250k so, you're down to Rutta being 1.75 added he well say replaces Dehaan s 775k making Rutta's added cap 975k TB doesn't have it
