Love the idea but it’ll take more to actually get him unfortunately like more then he’s worth obviously

I doubt this will ever be the case given the injuries in NYR. Besides if he has an off year he will be cheaper to resign and since NYR is up against it cap wise that might not be the disaster everyone is trying to make it into.

Fifth NHL season is awfully late to still be making excuses for a guy having 3 points in 20 games, good luck extracting value from yet another draft bust down the line.
