That does not get you close to Frost.
Caleb Jones is a good target but trading away more forward depth isn't great. Maybe for a pick instead?

1- the picks should probably be 2nd + 4th

But we don't need Frost. Greig and Pinto will be there soon.

2- I don't know why Avs fans decline, it seems like a good trade for both teams. COL seem to lack scoring depth but have great defensive depth. Ottawa the opposite
