Krebs is a decent prospect and might be a good player in the future, however I think Calgary gets more than this at the TDL from a contender, particularly if they retain 50%.

Probably why the 1st is there, could be a pretty decent one to the way the Sabres season has transpired. Can't see Buffalo doing this unless they knew he would sign a extension.

That's not how I read it. I think he's saying that Krebs is giving up less per 60 at 5v5 than lindholm, a guy we would be trading for as a defensive specialist.

OK, one plays 13min a night and is a Career 47% on the Dot. The other plays 21min a night, has been top 10 in Selke Voting, and is a Career 56% on the Dot and plays in every aspect of the game. There's a Difference.

Depends on extension for Lindholm and protection on 1st, Sabres are on pace to miss playoffs once again.

Krebs is from Calgary vicinity, so he is local kid.
