I don't think the Canes are interested in moving Fast, and I also don't think Kubalik is an upgrade to the role that Fast provides.

Brännström is not worth a 2nd that could potentially be a first, and why would Carolina trade away Fast for Kubalik?

The canes aren't going to trade away Fast... He's one of the most important members of the team. He's a member of the best defensive line in hockey and our coach (who has great influence on personnel decisions) values that line a lot
