Vatrano easily gets a 1st if not more if moved right now

Closest comparable return is what Copp got as a pending UFA

Factor is postional difference (Copp C and Vatrano W) and then Vatrano having an additional year as a wash

I kept going back and forth with his given recent news that Barrie is being allowed to talk to other teams, but I think ultimately this gets declined by NSH. With both Glass and Novak on IR, Olfosson creates some issues upon their return where NSH is waiving multiple players to make room for him, which doesn't feel great considering NSH wants a lot of the players they could waive safely on the main roster (e.g. Tomasino & Evangelista)

If it weren't for that, I'd be open to the trade as I think NSH could get a decent amount for Olofsson at the deadline by retaining an additional 50% through the end of that year and get at least a 2nd round pick for him.
