Description

Duclair is showing himself in San Jose he deserve to be on a contending team. First and fourth are too much but with schmidt. Pesce does have a m-ntc so not sure if winnipegs on it. Chaz would be the same team as his brother Cruz. I dont want to break up the third lines chemistry thats been one of the jets most reliable lines. This is very chevy to not go for any big names players.

Duclair ain't worth a first I know some of that is to take Schmidt but there's better targets to spend our 1st on

The Canes would pass regardless of Pesce's trade protection and absolutely not to that Sharks trade, that 1st has way more long term value to the Jets then Duclair and the cap savings from dumping Schmidt, better to just buyout Schmidt in the summer then waste that 1st to dump him.

Canes aren’t moving Pesce, and even if they were, a single prospect isn’t going to be enough.
