Broberg for Eric Robinson retained, maybe? Very good defensive fourth-liner. Excellent on the PK. Fast. Hands of stone, though.

I think you are right and that’s what the Oilers will do. They may already have that cheap Vet anyways, Gleason was very good in preseason and has done enough in the AHL to get a look. Broberg can easily take his minutes down there and Gleason can come up and get a taste of the NHL, that he earned.

Broberg actually have top 4 upside and allows the Habs to use a Xhekaj or Harris in a trade to move up in the trade or acquire elite talent
