personally, i think this could be the most complete leafs team we’ve seen so far in the matthews era

also heard there’s a good chance tanev resigns. i’d love him for 2years at 3.5mil

Leafs decline the flames everyday of the week they will not under any circumstances sell lily for tanev just isn’t gonna happen swap him with niemela and sure id do this

Lybushkin was awful on the top pairing for like 80% of this time as a leaf, It's really weird that no one here remembers this

We paid a 4th for Bush, you want him + retention? 2024 3rd is the minimum

If we just paid a 4th to get him, he's not demanding a trade (Like Zadorov did) and we have a need for him, then no, a 4th doesn't get him full freight, let alone with retention.

Zadorov went cheap because it was a fire sale, Anaheim is under no such pressure, so that's a poor comparable.
