I think Treliving's best course of action if he wants Tanev is to do a separate deal to get a 2nd from another team and give Calgary that 2nd plus a few more picks.

Leafs ain’t spending that I could see them spending the 1st and abruzzese but that’s the max they spend and I hope at that point we get a 3rd back but not likely anyways only time will tell how things go down but I pray we don’t spend our first this year

Replace Niemela with Timmins and I think we have a deal.
