Minnesota has no cap space, man. Fourteen million in dead money will do that to ya. And I can't imagine they'd entertain that for a second even if they did.

And Toronto doesn;t have near the capital to get Dunn, let alone Dunn and Larsson.

Read description, I know the values are not close, these are just the types of moves and players I would be targeting to balance the Leafs roster. I wasn't going for value, I was just trying to remain cap compliant by the end

As I said in my description, I didn't look at cap situations as I figured a lot of these teams would be tight or over lol.

Also as I replied to previous poster, I wasn't going for value, just outlining the types of players I would target to retool the Leafs lineup and be cap compliant in the end

NGL I was concerned for a moment... that being said I've been toying with an ACGM myself where they bring in Murphy, Crouse, Ingram, Romanov. It's expensive and Leaf nation wouldn't likely be happy about the prices though lol only roster players I had to move (for cap purposes) was Brodie & Samsonov.

Leaf would not only make the playoffs but would actually make a decent run for the first time in over 2 decades

Ylonen is gonna be pushed out in the next 2 years and likely won't be resigned this summer if not moved. Getting a 3rd is fair for him when he is likely not to receive a QO
