I agree, there are lots of other players on the market for a super cheap return. No way Rangers give up a 1st or even a 2nd for Tarasenko. I'm hearing Ryan Johansen not working out in COL. 4th round pick would prob get him.

For a 1st and 2nd, I’d want both a top 9 center and right winger

Then spend a 4th/5th on defense depth

I would do all these as a Sens fan besides giving up on Chychrun. Signed to a very good contract for another couple years, hometown boy who loves playing here and he is a perfect Top 4 D that Ottawa desperately needs to keep. The rest I'm fine with, but i doubt Tarasenko fetches that much of a return.

Again Tarasenko is priced out of new york. I take my chances somewhere else if I'm Drury.
