You can keep him, Bruins don't want him after holding out wanting a large multi year deal, then when he came back to the bruins realizing he wasn't getting that deal anywhere else, they said we have moved on. He took the the best team that paid him the most on a 1 year prove myself and wait for the cap to go up next year.

I completely agree. I don't think he's worth the 5.5 either. I'd give him a $3.5 x 4 if he wanted to stay in Toronto, but not a penny more. He hasn't added enough of what he's being paid to do......he hasn't been gritty enough, and the point production is not where it should be.I'm hoping we see what we were supposed to see come playoff time. IF not, we'll let him walk.

And I know there's no chance in hell BOS moves Poitras LOL, esp for that return.
