Really? Why do you say that? Do you suggest giving them term? Because that is probably what all three want.

IMO, we really don't need LHD at all. So, i'm not sure what Hanafin is for. Teravainen is a decent offensive player, but he is streaky, soft, and doesn't play a lick of D. Novak, is interesting, but it depends what he wants for a contract. I really don't think his production last season and this season is sustainable either. I'm wary of guys like him, you lock them up and they become a "MTL contract" (Gallagher, Armia, Anderson, Dvorak, etc.).

I'm honestly not sure what KD does to get to the floor, though. It'll be interesting to see. Judging from the language he uses, "being patient" and "letting the rebuild happen organically", I wouldn't be surprised to see more "cap dump"-ish acquisitions or short term contracts with inflated AAV's, and maybe one big fish next summer or the summer after... Maybe... IF he can convince them to buy into his plan, but I have doubts whether any of the bigger stars will have the patience for CHI's rebuild.
