Salary cap will rise..

Did you mean to swap Zacha and Merkulov?

Signing Hanifin kind of jams Lohrei’s development to 3LD… I think it would be better to left him develop and thrive in a top 4D roll…

No I have it how I want it. They want Merk to be a center we are about to get our first taste if that is a real possibility or not. If not yeah they can be switched.

As for hanafin. I agree 100% on this blocks lohrei for a top 4 role and I don’t love that. BUT it is rumored around the NHL that every team in the league believes hanafin wants to end up in Boston this offseason and that is hurting his trade deadline value. If he wants to be here and is at no more than 7mil maybe 6.5 I think you have to pull the trigger on it and eventually lindholm will move down the lineup and lohrei will move up. I don’t see the bruins getting a true 1C on the market they will let the kids develop. So bolster the strength of the team which is defense.

Where is he cracking the roster? Maybe 3rd line and Geekie goes to L4 RW. But right now no I don’t have the 21 year old cracking the roster yet

Yeah shift Geekie to 4th line and play Lysell next to Coyle and Freddy

Makes sense just didn’t see Merkulov listed as a Center
