Calgary likely won’t reach for Iginla with their own 1st. More likely if they pick him it will be with a later 1st they get from a Lindholm or Hanifin deal.

I know it’s a reach but I doubt Iginla would be available in the bottom half of the draft, and with how he’s been playing, by the end of the season, it may not be much of a reach at all.

If they can get Connelly at #15, it’s a win. Probably best skater in draft. There plenty of good dmen in 20-50 range. (Hopefully NJD is sending them 29-32 pick too).

I’m not saying your wrong, but RD is the sharks most Glairing weakness and a guy like Yakemchuk would go a long way in fixing that
