Who is your favourite player not in the NHL

Description
Who is your favourite player not in the NHL?? Could be anyone, they just need to still be active. For example, you could have Shane Wright as your favourite player. Just as long as they are active. Just list the player , what league they play in, and maybe a sentence on why he’s your favourite player. Can also list your favourite players from various leagues (for example a player in the WHL and the Czech league). I Would love to hear people’s favourite players 😁

I’ll go first. My favourite player not in the NHL is Dustin Wolf from the AHL. I’m a big fan of goalies and I’ve just loved how he’s defined the odds against him.

I have two. First is Jaromir Jagr from the Czech league (I think it's incredible that he's still going at 50+ years old). Second is Gabe Perrault who plays for Boston College (NCAA) I'm very glad the Rangers were able to draft him and I have high hopes for what he'll do for the team

Both former Sharks goalies who have had respectful careers but I just feel like they never got that big break or chance to shine!

Hahaha after the Latvia vs Germany game for the WJC, I watched the third period of the Spengler cup. It was semi finals, Canada vs I forget who, whoever wins goes to the finals. Canada, winning 3-1 with 4 minutes left, **** the bed and lose 4-3, with the other team scoring with 38 seconds left. Aaron Dell didn’t even look like he was trying for the last two goals. It was so sad to watch because I did kinda like Aaron dell as a goalie. I also liked Alex Stalock. Too bad he couldn’t have been in the NHL for longer. Was a great backup goalie

I liked Stalock more but that gruesome leg injury in the minors hurt his career. If you don’t know he had his leg sliced by a skate and shredded his ligaments and tendons almost ended his career.
