Description

As good as Talbot has been IMO he wouldn't make it very far in the playoffs so we need the one two punch. The retention for both players would need to happen to allow Arvidsson back into the line up.

Why do you expect Carter Hart would be any better than Cam Talbot?

Kaliyev and a 1st could equate to Tippett I think, the rest for Hart is the question.

Korpisalo got a payday from half a season of play in LA.

Talbot is looking to get 2.5X what he took after his play in LA.

If I am Samsanov, Mzarek, Murray, Fleury, or Driedger. I'm taking almost nothing to play in LA to secure a bag later.

Let some other team overpay for Hart and then commit to him long term. LA needs to use their money to get Matt Roy reuped and get depth scoring.
