Extremely savvy move by the Panthers. Balinskis was a great find for them, and locking him up for 2 more years at such a reasonable price is going to be huge. I'm a big fan of his, the Panthers are so good at finding quality defensemen

Don't like at all for the Panthers. I can't pronounce his name.
No downside to this signing, as he could an NHLer.

The Panthers now have 3 defensemen under contract next season plus Mahura being RFA. Balinskis is a solid 7th defender but they need to start figuring out what they are going to do with Montour, Forsling, Mikkola, and Ekman-Larsson
