This doesn't make much sense. If you're rebuilding you need to be trading way more people. Makes zero sense to trade Limdgren. Strome and Sandin but keep guys like Kuz, Mantha, Pacioretty, Edmundson,etc.

We need guys who can move the puck and generate offence and we need physical guys. TVR has 6 assists in 34 games and has 2 hits all season. 2... He is also a bottom pair guy making 3m a year for 2 more years and is already 32. I am passing on his contract. He isn't bad, he just isn't what we need.

My least concern is with hits considering Leafs are 3rd in the NHL in that department but 20th in defense. They need guys who are strong at defense and TVR be a candidate.

If you can add a strong defender like TVR for cheap do it as funny enough last year he had more goals than any leaf Dman.



Last year for WSH was pretty good playing in the top 4 and putting up points. But him next to Rielly and Brodie and we could have something cooking

idk what you're talking about, if anything sandins stock is rising. He's a Great looking young defensemen and lindgren dispite not being that young looks great this season and might be the future starter for the caps.

Let me ask, have you watched any Caps games this year? Mantha has been fantastic. Him half eaten EASILY gets you something good. Pac, the guy that just came back from a year injury looked bad? No way! What a surprise! Going to take a couple weeks but he'll start scoring. Teams will pay a 2nd for him for cheap. Tvr or Jensen would probably bring back something decent as well. Lindgren could be moved too. Lots of players with value. If you're going to rebuild you need to sell everyone.

Mantha has had player 35 good games out of what 3 seasons w the capitals? You said a 1st for him that’s wild. You are also assuming you don’t resign him to play and help develop Protas and McM. If he signs for 3x3 and continues to play well he’s worth more 2 years from now then what you get at the deadline. Patches is old AF and you are making big assume that he plays well enough by deadline that’s he’s worth a playoff team kicking a regular player off their lineup.

Lindgren = 2nd is. Hopefully more but unlikely

Jensen makes too much that’s why I have his value lower.
