I doubt Seattle will seriously entertain trading Gourde, given they are still very much in the running for a playoff spot and even if they aren't by the deadline, will be gunning for the postseason next year. However, should they listen to offers, I think it would take the value of a first round pick plus a couple of mid-to-late round picks (like a third and a fourth) to get the Kraken to seriously consider a move involving Gourde half retained. That could take the form of draft picks but more likely the Kraken would want at least one piece to be close to or at the NHL level.
Again though, I don't really see the Kraken moving Gourde, as he's the linchpin of arguably Seattle's most successful forward line and a big reason why Tolvanen/Bjorkstrand have been as successful as they have.
