Caps will need ti retain money, as Kuzy has a pretty negative value. He's a talented wildcard with no work ethic and offers zero grit or two-way capability. He's a liability for a few highlight reels a year.

He is some grit only. Generally makes terrible decisions and takes bad penalties. A 4th rounds would be a high return.

Decent speed, garbage puck handler. Has done nothing to impress anyone.

He could be bottom 6 depth on a team that needs a role player or two. But this experiment of home growing Beck has been a general failure. He just doesnt have the skill set to compete against other teams top lines.

Once the salary is burned down and the Mar 8th deadline comes, Mantha is 100% gone. He's showed a little scoring touch this year but he shies away from any real responsibility and is a complete ghost in most situations...good riddance.

This era needs to end. It was fun when he was setting up Ovi PP goals, but he's always been lazy, a defensive liability, and he's a mistake machine. He flourished with Zegras...maybe again who knows. But he's done little in DC and also loves to mail in entire periods.
