I would think the Blues would do this. Its fair value for both teams and the Blues really just need something in their top 4 that is not named Colton Parayko to give.

I could see Leafs targeting one top 4 RHD but highly unlikely they target two (no cap). Faulk is a non starter given term and acquisition cost, no chance.

For obvious reasons, Leafs will need to spend efficiently on defense . Faulk at $6.5M per for 4 years is … welp… not that. If he were available for FC, I’d suggest the Leafs can obtain comparable player for much less $ & term, not who we should be targeting
