I like Durzi, but you can't remove Norris from the lineup and just replace him with Pinto. That's a massive hole added into the lineup for no reason. They can add to the blueline without cratering the C depth.

True but at this point in the season we are just riding it out until the draft. Not much more harm this team can do to itself with or without centre depth

In any case, in regards to the trade itself, I imagine Arizona says no. Durzi has been a revelation this season, and Arizona will look to continue that going forward. He's scoring as much as Norris from the back end, playing top pair minutes. Arizona is, in theory, set at center longer term with Cooley and Geekie, and outside of Lamoureux, not very deep at RHD, so there isn't much of a need to explore something like this.
