Idk how to feel about this. Losing a lot of high potential for just mainly depth

I feel like if the Sens were to move Chychrun, there would have to be 1 high-end piece coming back

Spence is pretty high end IMO, but there's two 1st rounders in there as well.

I'm not saying they are bad pieces, I just think that Spence is an Offensive Dman that the Sens have a surplus of while the 1sts will most likely be in the late 20's. When your giving up a top pair dman and a top 6 winger, both signed past the end of the season on team friendly deals, while also retaining on Chychrun, I just think you got to return a player who will become a part of your corps, rather than adding depth and futures. Kinda like how the Wild got Faber and a 1st for Fiala.

Faber was not a highly touted prospect when he was traded and was further down the depth chart than Spence.
