2Logo of the Carolina Hurricanes-Has been up and down between he NHL and KHL. Hasn't broke out into a top 6 role yet.
3Logo of the Montreal Canadiens-In the limited ice time, Denisenko hasn't put up enough production. Mostly has been in the AHL and even claimed off waivers, something you often don't see from a top 15 pick.

Ty Smith (+13 )
Had one solid season in the NHL, after that Smith's career has gone downhill.

Liam Foudy (+13 )
Didn't break through in Columbus and was put on waivers. Claimed by Nashville, got a bit more ice time, but was still sent down.
6Logo of the Detroit Red Wings-6 years since this draft happening and we haven't seen this kid in the NHL yet. And I don't think he will be in the NHL anytime soon. Good example of Hextall's bad drafting.
7Logo of the Vancouver Canucks-Had one above average season, then hasn't lived up to the hype as expected. Requested a trade and hasn't broke out in Colorado (but they are a deep team so can't really blame him).

Heh. Woo isn't a bust, he's a 2nd rounder who has developed well but his team inexplicably won;t call him up. There were loads of other blatant bust candidates taken before him.

Bode Wilde is playing in Wales

Considering many saw him as potential top-15 pick at one point…I’d say he has fallen more than a few on this list.

Jay O’Brien was overdrafted…hard to put that on him as a “bust”. He had a great college career after making the insular gamble to go from NCAA to Junior A. He is signed by AHL team and got NHL invites to camp.

Kaut maybe too.

I wanted K'Andre Miller, so I was bummed. Turns out Bokk's work ethic do not match his skills. We did well to get something good out of him (even if getting that good thing may have been a net negative overall).
