Miller had fifteen more points than Duchene this year. He's a top line winger, not a bottom six forward.

Graves is a LD btw and Miller is a definite 2nd line winger.

if Miller is a bottom 6 forward does that make Duchene a 4th line center seeing as Miller out performed him by 14 points?

wanting a LHD in return is fine, that comment is completely off base.

Also, getting 2 1st round picks and a top 6 forward for Duchene is MASSIVE overpay.

NYR are better off staying away from Duchene. The price isn't worth it. No way NYR get a 2nd for Holden. Lias won't be ready to play NHL hockey on opening night.

Not sure anybody understands you shouldn't be that tight to the cap. What if injuries happen? You are screwed then. The goal for every team should be to be under the cap by $2.5-$3M at least to make emergency moves.
