Only thing that would bother me here is giving Dickinson such a contract. Two years max, preferably one year. Maybe $2m x 1 year or $1.5m x 2.

Dickinson is going to get $2.5M to $3M...maybe more if some GM gets crazy or he returns to the Hawks on a overpay deal. He's a great locker room guy, plays 200ft, and can slot in pretty much anywhere in the lineup. There's a fair amount of value to a guy like Dickinson.

If it came down to Tyler Toffoli extension or McLeod extension…I think I would lean McLeod. Wingers are always available…and we have some with potential in our pipeline. Can’t say same for centers.

If Palau comes back I’m down to sell Toffoli

Probably will see a 2 year in that range be it the Hawks, devils or any other team. He's shown what he can do with a good opportunity.
