I think Ottawa need Levshunov more than they need Eiserman or Demidov.

Jiricek would be a great pick for them if they draft between 7 and 15.

Eiserman and Helenius will be NHL ready earlier though.

My list tries to balance between "best player available" with "biggest need available".
