Remove Kuzmenko and the first trade is acceptable.
I don't think Guerin has an interest in a player like Kuzmenko.
Arizona decline - Lawson Crouse is Arizona's best player and trading him would be a big mistake.

Both players are serious playoff style players for sure, but I just can't see either team making them available. Especially Crouse, whom I love, but Arizona has him locked in for years and likely want to build around that.

Ya I think Crouse would be very difficult to get out of Arizona but I would be willing to give up a pretty heavy package to entice them. It's unlikely but I think he would be a great fit in either Petey or Miller's wing.

Hartman and Kuzmenko aren't a 1st rounder difference in valuation

Need to entice Minnesota to move Hartman after just extending him. It's probably unlikely he waives his NMC anyways but the addition of Hartman and Crouse makes Vancouver a very scary team in the playoffs this year and beyond.

Hartman hasn't been good enough to warrant the Wild needing to be enticed

I mean if they'd move him for less I'd be all for it but I have no issue giving up the package here to get him.

Fair enough. There are a lot of assets out the door in this scenario.

Giving up way too much for Lawson Crouse imo

I would honestly give up even more for him if that's what it takes as long as Willander and Lekkerimaki aren't involved. He is the perfect fit for our roster IMO. Size, scoring ability, physicality, age, cost certainty.

Don't overvalue Crouse's physicality, just because he's a credible middle six forward

I think he has the ability to be a game changer playing alongside Petey or Miller as a legitimate top line player not just a middle 6 guy.
